Weeks 33-34

Unfortunately no pics for this post, I apologize. Couple of fun things I got to do during these two weeks though. During week 33, Andy and I went out to dinner with some of the girls from work. We went to Brazzaz, which is a Brazilian Steakhouse here in Chicago and it was DELICIOUS! Oh my gosh! First of all, they have this amazing salad bar that is huge and all you can eat, of course. Then they have these men who are dressed up in these outfits and they are called gauchos. They bring you every different kind of meat you could ever want on those Brazilian skewers and then they slice it right there for you onto your plate. We had steak, shrimp, chicken, pork, everything. And they just keep bringing you more and more. It was so good! I wanted to keep eating it but seriously, it was a ton of food. If you ever are in Chicago and looking for a good meat place, for real - hit this one up! It was a super fun time and very cool to just hang out outside of work with the girls...and Andy of course.

During week 34, we were visited by my friends that I went to college in Eau Claire, WI with. It was really good to see them. We keep in touch but don't get to see each other very often because we are all in different places. Between here, WI, and MN it's rare that we are all in the same place. They were super nice to come to Chicago and hang out for one last hooray before the baby and the move. We just did a lot of catching up and dinner, then breakfast the next morning. It was a short but sweet weekend.

I also had another Dr. appointment this week. This baby is being very stubborn and not wanting to turn around. Of course, baby is still breech. My OB said that she would do an ultrasound at my next appointment just to see exactly where baby is and if baby is still breech, we would talk about delivery options that I would have. She also made a comment about how she thought that I just had a smart baby because why would anyone want to sit on their head for that long. I appreciated the good humor. At least baby is healthy and happy in every other way! Still moving around like crazy. I feel almost as though baby is getting bigger and running out of room because I definitely feel tighter than before. Not really uncomfortable or anything, just like there is less room. We are getting so close, it is crazy! But a good crazy!
