This week was a fun week! First, I had a doctor appointment which went well. I got to listen to baby again, and baby sounded great! However, baby is breech. For those of you who aren't familiar, breech refers to how the baby is sitting right now. And right now he or she would come out feet first...we do not want that. I asked my OB how she knew that baby was breech and she said that when listening to the heartbeat, it was above my belly button. Also, she could feel baby's head. So I asked her to show me where, and now I can feel the head. It is super weird, but cool at the same time. Needless to say, she said not to worry because baby still has some time to figure out how to turn around. So, that is good. Hopefully I have a smart child growing inside of me and they will figure it out. Otherwise, everything else is looking great! I didn't think that I could get any bigger. I thought that my belly would just kind of plateau, but I swear it's still growing. I guess I do need to make some room for this child! I still feel great though. It has been super fun playing with my tummy. It's crazy how much movement can go on in that little space.
On the weekend, my sister and brother came to Chicago for a visit, and of course, a Dave show. It wouldn't be a summer unless it ended with a Dave concert! It was a blast! I was a little worried about the weather at first because it was supposed to rain and the concert was at an outdoor amphitheater. But it turned out to be a wonderful night! The concert was awesome, as always! I think it scared baby a bit because this child was quiet, and no movement for a while. It must have been a little too loud. But, baby woke up after a bit. It's always good to hang with the siblings! Good times! Here are some pics from the show. I took them on my phone...
